Ticket prices are valid for date of reservation only.
Tickets can only be purchased through the Gumbuya World Theme Park website at tickets.gumbuya.com.au/buytickets/en/home by using Visa or MasterCard. Your credit card will be debited at the time of ordering.
All credit card purchases are made through secure payment facility. The service uses a 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to protect confidential information such as credit card numbers and other financial data from interception and hacking. In the unlikely event that you believe any unauthorised use of your credit card has occurred, please immediately notify us by email and contact your bank directly.
After completing your purchase, you will gain access to an online page containing a printable tax receipt including your Ticket. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order with PDF copies of your purchase and a tax receipt.
Entry to Gumbuya World Theme park is not free. Your unlimited ride wristband/s will be issued by presenting a printed Ticket (either colour or black and white) with barcodes at the Gumbuya World Theme Park entrance.
Gumbuya World Theme Park does not permit external food and beverages aside from fruit, water and baby food to be brought into the park. Please review the list of permitted / prohibited items here.
Guests must respect the rights and concerns of others. Management reserve the right to refuse entry. Any guests causing a disturbance within the park will be removed immediately at management’s discretion.
Handle your Tickets as if they were cash.
Lost, damaged or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.

How much are Gumbuya World tickets?

Ticket prices vary depending on the day and season. You can view all pricing and book securely online through our official ticket portal.

Do tickets include all rides and attractions?

Yes. The Every Day Ticket and Annual Pass let you enjoy unlimited rides / roller coasters, wildlife exhibits, and shows. This is valid for your visit date.

Are there discounts for families or groups?

Yes. Bring the crew — families and groups of 25+ can access Gumbuya World discount tickets on select days Check our Group Tickets section for details.

Can I change my ticket date after booking?

Bookings can only be changed if you have purchased Flexi+. You can add Flexi+ to your order after selecting your tickets. View Flexi+ terms and conditions here: https://www.gumbuya.com.au/terms-conditions

Where can I buy Gumbuya World passes online?

You can pre book and buy your tickets or passes from our official Tickets & Passes page. No extra fees exist, and the checkout process is quick and easy.

Where is Gumbuya World?

Gumbuya World is only 50 minutes South East of Melbourne CBD on the Princes Hwy (M1) in Tynong North VIC.

What are the opening times?

What is there to do at Gumbuya World?

There is so much to do and see at Gumbuya World, Victoria’s newest and only water, wildlife and theme park. We have four worlds of fun and adventure: our water park Oasis Springs, our new theme park Oz Adventure, our new kids’ area Outback Explorers, and our new animal area the Wildlife Trail.

Can I buy tickets at Gumbuya World?

Tickets are available for purchase at the park gate. From time to time we may reach our visitor capacity, so we recommend you book your day in advance online.

Can I change the date of my booking?

Yes, you can change the date of your booking however we will need to know 72 hours before the intended date of attending the park, the new visit date must be within 2 weeks of original visit date. Please email info@gumbuya.com.au with your current ticket date and the requested date change.

Are there any additional charges after we have paid for park entry?

There is an additional cost for our special Animal Experiences, our Surfs Up surfing water ride, and for Cabana bookings. Surfs Up is $25 per person, unlimited between 11am – 3pm. Bookings can be made at the ice-cream stand adjacent to the ride between 10am to 5pm.

Are there concession prices?

There are discounted prices for children and seniors.

Will you have pass outs?

All Gumbuya guests will be given a wristband, valid on the day of their entry, which will allow them to leave and re-enter the park on that day.

Is Gumbuya World wheelchair friendly?

All public walking areas of the park are wheelchair accessible. Some assistance may be needed on limited sections of a very small number of paths. Please refer to the park map, where these are clearly marked.

Three wheelchairs are available for complimentary use by guests attending Gumbuya World. Please speak to a member of our Guest Services team on arrival to arrange for the use of a wheelchair.

Many of our rides and slides generate strong physical forces or are subject to safety regulations which may limit their use by guests with certain accessibility requirements. Can I bring in a water bottle?

You are welcome to bring your own plastic or metal water bottle into Gumbuya World. Please note, for the safety of our guests and wildlife, we do not allow any glass containers.

Can I bring food or drinks into Gumbuya World?

Gumbuya World does not allow food or drink except a water bottle to be brought into the park. Our two onsite cafés and brand new fish and chip shop will offer a large range of delicious food available for purchase.

Can I book a function / event / special occasion at Gumbuya World?

Baby food and formula are welcome at Gumbuya World. Please note, for the safety of our guests and wildlife, we do not allow any glass containers.

Do you cater for specific dietary requirements and allergies?

We offer a selection of Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-Free options in our cafés. For any specific allergy concerns, please contact us on info@gumbuya.com.au in advance of your visit.

Does Gumbuya World have BBQs/can I bring my own BBQ?

There are no onsite BBQs at Gumbuya World, nor are guests permitted to bring their own BBQ.

Are pets allowed at Gumbuya World?

Gumbuya World does not allow domestic pets onsite as their presence would be stressful for our wildlife.

Am I allowed to smoke at Gumbuya World?

No, Gumbuya World is a 100% SMOKE FREE ZONE. A designated smoking area is located in the guest car park.
