Bus Service

Experience the ease of our shuttle service, operating daily during the specified period free of charge for any day ticket holders and annual pass holder pre - registrations. Our pickups and drop-offs occur at Pakenham and Tynong train stations.

Morning Schedule:
Pakenham Station: 9:00am departure
Tynong Station: 9:30 am departure
Gumbuya World Arrival: 10:00 am

Afternoon Schedule:
Gumbuya World Pickup: 4:45 pm (bus ticket holders MUST be at guest services by 4.35pm)
Pakenham Station Arrival: 5:30 pm
Tynong Station Arrival: 5:15 pm

Booking Information:
‍Pre-bookings are essential to utilize the shuttle service. Entry will not be granted to those without a booking or proof there of. Spaces are limited, so secure your spot by following these steps: 
‍
1. Click the  'Book Shuttle Bus Now' button below.
2. Select your visiting date.
3. Add the bus ticket to your cart and complete the payment process

Bus shuttle bookings close at 4.00pm for the following day. No further bookings are taken past this point

Terms and Conditions

Un accompanied use of the bus service is for individuals aged 14 and older.
Those under 14 must be accompanied by a supervising adult (18+).
Bus tickets must be pre-purchased as spaces are limited. Tickets are not available for purchase on the bus.
One bus ticket is valid for one person for a return trip.
Bus tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Timely arrival at the bus is crucial; missed buses will not be accommodated at alternative times.
