WILD WINTER HOLIDAYS

The school holidays are just around the corner and we’ve got 2 weeks packed with WILD fun ahead to keep the kids entertained!On weekdays, join us for scavenger hunts, movie screenings, dingo walks & more! There’s something different happening every weekday for the kids to explore and enjoy. Check out the itineraries below for a full list of weekday wildlife activities.Then get LOUD on the weekend with our two worlds of rides that’ll make the kids scream with excitement! Oh, and did we mention kids go FREE*?



KIDS GO FREE!*

That’s right! Kids get FREE* admission across all winter school holidays! Conditions apply as outlined below:

  • Kids aged 16 & under gain free admission to Gumbuya World from 25th June – 10th July.

  • Kids must be accompanied by at least 1 paying adult. Maximum 2 kids go free per paying adult.

  • Offer available online only. Pre booking is required with limited availibility. Offer not available at the gate. Online bookings close at 10am on day of booking.

WILDLIFE ACTIVITIES WEEK 1

MONDAY 27TH JUNE – SUNDAY 3RD JULY

Monday 27th June

  • Scavenger Hunt: All day around the Wildlife Trail
  • Reptile Demonstration: 1:30pm at Outback Wing

Tuesday 28th June

  • Junior Dingo Keeper Activity Booklet: 12pm at Dingo presentation
  • Dingo Walk: 1:30pm starting at the Aussie Outback Show

Wednesday 29th June

  • Nature Play: 11am at Outback Wing
  • Wildlife Interactions: 1:30pm at Outback Wing

Thursday 30th June

  • Colouring Competition: All day at Outback Wing
  • Wombat Walk / Activity: 1:30pm around the Wildlife Trail

Friday 1st July

  • ‘Back to the Outback’ Movie Screening: 11am in Function Room
  • Bird Flight Training Demonstration: 1:30pm at Outback Wing

*Please note we will be open for Wildlife ONLY on weekdays and Wildlife & Rides on weekends these school holidays. Some activities are weather dependant and alternative activities may take their place.

  • Bird Flight Training Demonstration: 1:30pm at Outback Wing

Wednesday 6th July

  • Nature Play: 11am at Outback Wing
  • Wildlife Interactions: 1:30pm at Outback Wing

Thursday 7th July

  • Scavenger Hunt: All day around the Wildlife Trail
  • Dingo Walk: 1:30pm starting at the Aussie Outback Show

Friday 8th July

  • ‘Blinky Bill’ Movie Screening: 11am in Function Room
  • Reptile Demonstration: 1:30pm at Outback Wing
