Rough play and offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Use of soft balls are allowed at the discretion of the lifeguard.
For children 0-5 years old and non-swimmers, a parent or carer is required to be in the water at all times and within arms’ reach of their child.
For children 6-10 years old, constant active supervision is required.
For children 11-14 years old, it is recommended that parents check up on their child by physically going to the point where they are in or around the water.
Please shower and wash with soap before entering the water.
Avoid swallowing pool water.
Nontoilet trained and incontinent guests must wear waterproof pants while bathing to prevent contamination of the swimming pools.
For hygiene purposes, please do not enter the water if you have had any form of stomach illness in the last 14 days.
Please do not leave valuables unattended. Lockers are available for use subject to availability.
No food or drinks in the pool area.
No glassware or bottles.
Must be minimum 1m tall to ride waterslides.

Obey all lifeguard’s instructions and exit the slide quickly and safely.
Taipan & Boomerango
Children under 1.22m tall are not permitted on this ride.
Maximum operational load: 2 to 4 persons, 250.0kg. Any one individual 136.4 maximum.
Eyeglasses must be securely affixed to riders with head straps. No loose articles permitted.
Swim wear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation are not permitted.
Only one raft to enter the flume at a time.
Never form chains.
Step into rafts carefully – no jumping or diving. Sit in rafts fully seated with back against tube, holding handles with both hands.
Riders must stay in the rafts during the ride. If you accidentally fall from the raft, continue down the flume without it and exit normally.
Riders must wait for the attendants start signal before starting the ride.
Keep arms and hands inside the flumes at all times.
Do not run, dive, stand, kneel, rotate or stop in the slide.
At the end of the slide, stay in raft until directed by splash pool attendant to exit.
Splash pool is only 1.07m deep! Do not jump or dive from the raft into the pool.
The Lazy River attraction will provide guests with an experience of flowing water, currents, wave encounters and splashing.
One rider per tube.
Please do not stand or kneel on the tubes.
Please do not stop or go against the flow of the Lazy River.
Tubes must not be removed from the Lazy River.
Guests must be able to maintain proper tube positioning without assistance.
Riders must be 1.2(m) to stand-up ride and 1(m) to bodyboard.
This is a very strenuous ride. The moving water is extremely turbulent.
Bodyboarding or Flowboarding on this sheet wave is a body-active, participatory sport. As with all sports, care must be taken to avoid a mishap.
Riders must be in good physical condition and free from any physical limitations to participate. Pregnant women and persons with or having a history of heart, back, neck, shoulder or joint problems should not ride.
Jewellery, hats, foot wear, eye glasses or loose articles of any type are not recommended on the ride as they may injure the participant.
Bathing suit tops, bottoms and loose clothing may be pulled off by the flowing water. Cover-ups are suggested.
Avoid jumping into or entering the ride at high speed: Avoid weight on front foot – you will wipe out!
Steer your board into the centre of the flowing water. You can control your board by gently shifting your weight. Try to keep your board pointed in the direction of the oncoming flow of water. Edge control is the key. Keep weight on your back foot! Instruction is included in the price.
If you wipe out, do not hold your board. Release the board immediately, cover your head, and keep limbs close to body and try to brace for impact with feet first.
Single riding only is permitted. No tandem riders or multi-person riding is allowed.
Caution! The ride surface of this ride is very slippery. DO NOT attempt to walk on the ride surface. You may only stand to walk and exit after coming to a complete stop on the dark blue drain grating.
Open to both first timers and experts. Session is fully supervised.
Waiver is required to be completed prior to participation.
Participants under the age of 16 require parent or guardian permission.
Maximum number of 6 participants for each 30 minute session.
Berry Twirl: 100cm to ride unaccompanied, under 100cm can ride with capable carer 130cm+ provided they show: upper body control ie ability to sit up), ability to hold on and ability to obey simple instructions (removes infants etc. but above toddlers is fine).
Desert Derby: 130cm to ride unaccompanied, 100cm to be a driver or passenger with a capable carer 130cm+
Outback Pursuit: 100cm to ride unaccompanied, under 100cm can ride with capable carer 130cm+ provided they show: upper body control ie abiity to sit up), ability to hold on and ability to obey simple instructions
Outback Pirates: 100cm to 130cm to ride unaccompanied, no under 100cm or over 130cm.
Gerry’s Roadhouse: 110cm to ride unaccompanied, under 110 can ride with capable carer 130cm+ provided they show: upper body control ie abiity to sit up), ability to hold on and ability to obey simple instructions.
Mining Race Coaster: 120cm to ride unaccompanied, between 100cm and 120cm permitted to ride with capable carer 120cm+. No under 100cm. No over 195cm
Rush Hour: 130cm to ride unaccompanied, between 110cm and 130cm permitted to ride with capable carer 130cm+. No under 110cm.
Tree Swing: 140cm to ride unaccompanied, between 120cm and 140cm permitted to ride with capable carer 140cm+. No under 120cm.
