While following an endangered species fight for survival, students will identify the species
position in the food chain (producer, consumer or predator), the species habitat and impacts of human activity, native or introduced predators and the consequences or adaptations the species has made over time. Students will reflect on the consequences of any interruptions of the food chain and how this can lead to extinction.Students will design a conservation project helping endangered species survive now and into the
future.
